With the way we're playing now, we will easily be 4-6 after playing suns, hornets and spurs. wait, maybe we can beat the spurs...

damn guys, its the 7th game o f the season and we're talking about trading, releasing our 2 stars? Seriously, what did you guys think was gonna happen, come into the regular season and win 82-0? OF COURSE we're gonna lose some games, and if that means losing to the lakers then so be it. We're playing terrible ball tonight, but you know it'll work out. we have too much talent to be a bad side.
Do you guys not remember the start of the season last year? we played HORRIBLE the first 12 games or so and then it started clicking. Same thing is happening this year

Aaron Brooks has heart. I am so proud of him.

Tmac should have seen that play and hung his head in shame.

like i keep saying. rick adelman needs to change his coaching habits/style.

if the 2nd unit is in, go in to motion offense. if it's the 1st unit, run set plays. if you're gonna rest tmac, keep artest on the floor. dont take all of them 3 out at the same time.

this is not the kings where you have a big PF with great court vision and passing skills, a point guard who can make outside shots, pass and drive the lane, a 2guard who's a great perimeter defender and can keep in step with whomever he's guarding, a SF who can run screens and shoot the lights out from 3 and a big C who can pass and drill the occasional outside shot.

It's a night Yao Ming can't hit a FT, something must be wrong.

Funny people need this game to tell them getting Battier back will not be enough. I hope around the trading deadline we will finally realize it takes more than a 7 footer to fix our size problem. Artest is not going to get us over the hump, believe that.

Are both Yao and TMac going down the hill in the same year?

By the way this is going, we'll need another 22 game winning streak to make the playoffs.

That is no excuse for this horrible experience. If you are up 16 against a team like the Lakers who are the favorites in the West there is no way you should be down 21 points in the 4th quarter.

There is nothing to be optimistic about right now.

I am ashamed of being a fan of a team led by p*****s. T-mac is a p***y. Yao is a p***y. This game was officiated the way playoff games will be; there is no excuse for wilting under the circumstances. It's almost as bad as the Astros situation where we will never win as long as Drayton is our owner because finances will always be the ONLY priority--on the Rockets, as long as Yao is our offensive focal point (and we are never going to trade him), we will continue to suck in the playoffs when it gets rough, and Yao and T-Mac go and put their heads in between their legs on the end of the bench.

And no, this isn't a fair/foul-weather fan analysis. This is something that we knew since 2004 was going to be a problem with the Rockets under T-Mac and Yao. It's been four years and they're still making bitter beer faces at the refs and not getting back on defense when they aren't getting the calls.

Our only salvation is that Yao and T-Mac were not picked by Morey. Morey knew that we had to give this assembly a shot, but look at everyone Morey himself has acquired.

Brooks. Landry. Scola. Artest. Dorsey. Battier (I think he was behind that deal). Those are players with heart, players you want to go to war with. I have confidence that if Morey is given the reigns for the next ten years we will see a completely different team in attitude and toughness.
