    I don't think its the fault of the refs with how fast the lead dwindled. All of our bench was out there. Adelman didn't substitute until it was less than a 5 point deficit. He waited until the momentum had already started to shift for the Lakers. That's not smart coaching. You send the starters in when the lead shifts under 10.
