You do realize that we have won, right? WTF is wrong with you? A victory is a victory no matter how it came about. Continue crying while we savor and enjoy this ROAD win. Admittedly, it was a very sloppy finish but they did not let this win slip through their fingers.

Think about it: the circus shot where the Lakers put the ball in their own rim just gave us the decisive edge... nice way to win the first game!

It will take probably about a month for us to really get clicking with the new offense. Until then we just have to collect as many wins as possible, no matter how ugly it gets...

Rafer and James were both out there, remember how James gagged on two FT's that could have increased the lead while Kobe was making his run?

 

I am so glad the game ended the way it did. Like the announcers said, we will LEARN from this so much. To have that kind of learning experience and get the win at the same time, I couldn't ask for anything more. All I ask is steady improvement and focus.

This was not a Lakers rally but our sheer stupidity that brought them back from 10 down, My god, how many times have I seen this just last season and we all blamed Van gundy for his supposed stupid ass plays with big leads, Hmm,

I do not think VAn Gundy nor Adelman are stupid coaches it is consistently our demented and lazy slacker players that make these bone headed plays.

I can foresee thse guys ever being smart enough and have the mental fortitude that we bring us a title. Some of our players are just plain stupid, weak minded and lazy. These guys will win alot of games in the regular season but in the post season they ineptitude will really shine.

new coach, new bench, new system but some things Never change . . .

You're right. It was the ugliest win ever. An utterly inexplicable collapse of mammoth proportions. Steve Francis needs to get ready and fast. I hope Scola won't get disheartened.He needs to learn a lot.He needs to play with the second unit so he can get some baskets when we are running.

I thought that Yao was pretty soft, even though he made those two baskets.He doesn't belong on the perimeter. He needs to finish strong around the basket.
I've never been a Battier fan but he made me eat crow today,and I'm happy he did.
