I said it before and will say it again: During the soft pre-season, Rafer and Luther excel. During very intense games when the other team is going all-out, playing physical and contesting everything, both of them shrink. Players like MJ (and maybe SF later on) cannot be intimidated and respond by raising their intensity up another level.

Rafer and Luther looked very small out there. Chuck also looked pathetic. Turiaf is better than Chuck in every way. I liked him in college and love the way he competes in the NBA.

how out of shape could francis be? atleast he could still give 10-20 good minutes. that dunk against the hornets was sick. even if he isn't in great shape, he still could be good in spurts.

The main clip I saw of Francis was him sprawled across the floor of the court smacking on gum and looking uninterested.

I watched on the next possession when the Rox scored, and he didn't really clap with the rest of the bench.

I'm sure he is disappointed, but his body language is disturbing, I hope it was just a quick clip and he is acting like more of a team player.

Alston is terrible, has been horrible, and will continue to be horrible. He was horrible when we traded for him and he is terrible now. He isn't even a good guy and gets in trouble. He never makes his tear drops. Why do we keep on playing him.

I also love Charles Barkley. Basketball wouldn't be the same without him. And he's almost easy to make fun of as Clyde Drexler.

Yeah... I know what you meant, but I doubt Sourpuss is going to leave the bench tonight. Sorry!

Even now, defense is the heart of the Spurs. They get stops in crunch time like no other team, even when their offense sputters at the same time.

The Chuckster picked New Jersey to win the East.. I wouldn't put any credence on his predictions, although I did agree with his halftime comment about figuring out what kind of team the Rockets are. It seemed with the starters they played more of the halfcourt JVG style, then when Bonzi and James came in they seemed to push it more.
Our depth will be too much for the Kobers in the second half...

I think Steve is going to learn that moping and complaining about not playing enough isn't going to get him on the court any faster.

So far I'm liking what I am seeing out of them. I believe that once this offensive system comes together we are going to be a powerhouse.

I'm a rockets fan first. If kobe is a better player for the team than I'm all for it. Its not our fault tmac is sucking dude. Wtf would i go be a freaking faker fan just because I think kobe is pretty good? Your reasoning sucks, change your name to tmacfanonly please.
