ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Lakers 10/26/2010

Luis is having a BAD night but the killer are the turnovers, second shots and missing wide open shots. This is all correctable, we probably won't win tonight but I've seen tons of positives.

 

Offense is 3 on 5 battier is so untangible that he doesn't even exist on offense.

 

What a miserable ending this seems like it's going to be. Oh well still 81 more games to go.

Scola wasted all his energy playing for Argentina. Scola needs to come off the bench and we need to get a athletic rebounding power forward. My beef is if we were going to choke this game then i would have rather seen them just get blown out the whole game then get payed around with like the lakers just did to them tonight.

 

Yep.

The Lakers have always been a good offensive rebounding team which is why I am not surprised. Sucks for the rockets but the frontcourt has been a step slow.

 

I'm so angry and destructive right now in this 4th quarter, I will have a bunch of broken furniture to sell on Craigslist for $5.

 

Well, at least we play GS tomorrow.

Scola looks horrible, and he's looked horrible during the preseason too. He needs to get his game together...quick.

 

Whats funny is a after tonight some moron is gonna have this Battier has the bestest defense argument again with me. Then run down the finer points of how dominant his defense makes our starters. How we absolutely need his washed up play to have a chance on defense. Then look stupid for the next game again. Every game we win that same moron will say Battier won it for us even with 1 point and no rebounds and then rinse and repeat the same argument.

 

Hill could have helped BIG TIME.

We keep pissing away leads. We did this in the preseason...we dominate the team for about 3 and half qtrs then just start playing one on one...idk what this is about.

For now i'm just going to credit it to the Lakers being a good team.
