he's a great fit for old man adelman's system... not great defensively but he is playing against gasol... he's rebounding and making sound passes on offense

I will always root against Phoenix as long as they have Sarver as their owner.

Yao hasn't even contributed all that much and this team puts up 62? You've got to be kidding. Morey and Adelman put together a hell of a TEAM. No big 3, just solid players up and down the lineup that fit the system to a tee.

Not me, I always defend our players, to a fault, but I wouldn't put it past a lot of fans out there. (I had legitimate hope Tmac was going to return to all-star form up until the minute he was traded...silly me.)

True. In a way he is exactly like Fisher. However we don't have a Kobe Bryant or Pau Gasol, so talent is at a premium. We need every ounce of our talent to fire as possible. With a slowed Yao, our SF really needs to more than just a Derek Fisher.

I'm not bashing Battier though, but he needs to step up. I'm sure he's better than how hes performing right now. The dude is 6'9, should be able to get a few boards at least.

I think you should root against Portland. They stole Roy, Fernandez off us. Thats big

If Miller can't keep up this level of play for the rest of the season, the Rockets will be set at the center spot.

Houston bench is far superior to L.A. bench. I could honestly see us beating the Lake Show in a 7-game series.

Miller looks like our best rebounder so far. I know he's our only center who gets any real amount of time, but I'm pretty worried about it. I think Bud and Scola should be better than they are at rebounding.

Should be an exciting second half. Lakers look like they really need a healthy Kobe/ Bynum out there. Still, Kobe looked like he's fighting, and it's not like he points and says "call a foul on_____"

Basically, the Rockets are playing out of their minds right now, and the good thing is that it's not like they can't do this on a regular basis either. Watching this game I get some mixed emotions, cause I'm Chinese, which means I want Yao's team to win but have mad respect for Kobe.
