Tim Legler is killing Yao. Man...I think this is the worst game of Yao's career so far.

Yao makes the game too hard for himself sometimes... just turn and shoot... none of these dribbles are needed when you get good position.

Don't fade away... just turn and shoot. And if they hit your elbow (which is as far up as Mihm can reach), and they don't call a foul, tell the ref to watch it next time... and then you'll get it called every time.

Of course, you have to make the shot in the first place.

Ugh -- Yao trying to block while standing in the circle again -- AND going up with the hands moving.

If you ain't fast, and you ain't strong, and you ain't smart -- why are you wasting our time.

If we had one more decent backup center to spell Mutombo, I'd give Yao a DNPCD next game.

Wow, this is truly the worst I've seen Yao play, he should've at least hacked Kobe on that foul.

The problem for this match is:
    1. No penetration for rockets. I think this is the problem from Tmac or Sura.
    2. No open shots made. Wesley and barry are the one to be blamed.

Kobe is killing T-Mac out there.

As much as I dislike Kobe, he has a Kill or Be-Killed type of mentality that T-Mac doesn't possess on a night-in night out basis.

This guy needs to be benched for an entire game to get thru that thick skull of his.

It happened partially last year in the Celtic game where Van gundy benched him. after that he played pretty good for the whole month over 20 or something.

I don't know if you guys remember that.

It looks like that might do the trick but his skills really looked like they regressed this year.

It is painful to watch Yao's play right now. No confidence, no power, no speed, only pick and fade away.

If we lose, trade-Yao will come back again. It is so sad. What happened to him? :(

Thanks to both of you guys.

I'm afraid to listen... but I will anyway...

    oh the horror.

    Lakers by 23.

Time for an "accidental" elbow to Kobe's jaw.

I'm kidding of course. yeah. of course I am... he... hehe...

He has serious problems on the mental side. Worry too much.
Easy to get frustrated. He should relax and play his own game.

    offense is so ugly.

Yao, just turn around and shot that baby hook. When will you develop that "I don't care if I make it or not" attitude? Don't show your frustration!

Noone fears driving into the paint against Yao. There's no pain or punishment.

JVG has broken him down mentally. He's not a lost cause but he's not far from it.

I'm hoping for a comeback but we're down by 23. We really can't score..we have to revive our offense. HOpefully we have a miracle. I think Yao can own the Lakers man..he's done it before. I think he's sick or there's something wrong with him. :/

Tmac..he has to start dominating too..Kobe's not owning him..Kobe's scoring and getting assists and playing defense..I think Kobe has it better off with Odom and Mihm and Atkins athletic players or shooters...Grizzlies are getting good btw.

Tmac leads Kobe to help defense..too bad our help isn't helping. :) But it's Kobe.

Damn this sucks I thought we would win. The refs still suck too lol.

Yao is slow. And why doesn't Padgett play more? He can shoot 3's. No one else can right now.

And remember wasn't that a 3 by Tmac when we reached 13 points..it should have been 14.

Ok, are the Rox really that bad or is Yao just totally sucking? I've always embraced Yao but I'm so frustrated by watching him play now that I dont know what to think.

Can anyone enlighten me as to why YAO sucks now???
