Great defense by Yao on the last play, blocking one shot from behind and combined with Swift to alter another. Then a killer jumper by McGrady. This is more like it.

Zero contact by Rafer, they just want to give the Knicks the chance to have a chance in hell of winning...

Pathetic NBA refs on display once more, I am shocked!

    STROOOOOOOOO!!

Come on haters, give the guy his freakin' due, he might have been the reason why we won today. His big 2nd half playing has been key, his D and awareness today might have been the edge we needed.

To be fair to Swift, a guy shouldn't lose his job due to injury... and the only reason Hayes played the last game was because Swift was under disciplinary action.

That was a lot closer than it had to be.

Still a good game pulling that one out.

Swift had a hell of a 4th quarter.

His dive move from the free throw line when the lane isn't clogged is a thing of beauty, very Amare-like. He either gets fouled or gets a layup/dunk. He should do that more often.

Swift did well in the 4th quarter and helped us win but he is a soft player. I wish we could get a big 2 guard for him but I don't think it's likely to happen.
Wesley is a tough guy and really deserves a lot of credit.

Yao was great in first half and then terrible in the second.
Tracy was cold in the first half and hot in the second.
But anyway, someone could stand up for us. And a win. So we should still be happy. ;)

    POSITIVES...

Win without your two best players having monster games...Yao had a big first half and then disappeared...TMac was invisible in the 1st half and then showed up...

Swift did some good finally...Deke got some good minutes...

And...the Rockets win! All things considered...excellent game. This is a game that you MUST win...sub-par team(Knicks)...whatever happens...you have to find a way to win these type of games against these types of teams...and the Rockets got it done. Not pretty...bit a "W" nonetheless.

Two weeks ago...we would have found a way to lose a game like this.
