Jalen didn't play well tonight. Cam was clearly outplaying him. He should've been benched. That's not hating, it's just being objective. Most rational Rocket fans have recognized that Jalen is much better this year than last, but every time someone has even the slightest bit of criticism the Jalen only fans get their panties in an uproar. Amen, Jalen, Sengun and probably Jabari are our core that we need to build around, but they all have weaknesses they need to continue to work on. Stone needs to concentrate on rounding out this roster with some shooters.

I don't hate Jalen I am pleased to see his progress from his rookie year to today. If you look at his stats his performance has been trending up and IMO in the next 3 yrs he will outplay his current contract. Doesn't mean I am blind to his faults or go on full protection mode on anybody who bashes Green. Lots of the hate posts here don't even reflect reality. 22 yr old being inconsistent what a shocker SMH.
There really aren't that many Jalen haters on this board. BTG and ? Most the irrational posters that post a lot about Jalen are the Jalen only fans that make excuses for him when he has a bad game or two. I'm not accusing you of being either. There is the Rocketchump clan and the Bobby the Mediocre clan. Most Rocket fans are in the middle and have a wait and see approach after Jalen demonstrated better defense and didn't wait until the second half to put on a show. He is obviously playing through some nagging injury right now. Amen had a couple of bad games over the last couple of weeks and needs a rest. Dillon is up and down as well. My opinion is that the young guys have a lot of growth left in them, whereas FVV and Dillon are what they are and should be shopped or relegated to bench roles in the near future (next season more than likely).
Basketball is a team support, it is not right to make one player a scapegoat. But without FVV and Sengun, this team has no basketball iq. It is not about making stats, Jalen made his stats, Amen made tripple double, these are good, but this is not winning basketball.. lt really started to become scary in Alpi and FVV absence, we may drop to 6 th or 7th, lf their return takes longer... especially Alpi..
We need Sengun badly. FVV not so much. If you don't think Amen has BBiq you don't know what it is. What about Amen's play was dumb? His 25 points, his 11 assists or his 11 rebounds even after his coach froze him out in the second half. We have no interior defense when both Sengun and Jabari are out. We are losing games, because Sengun is out, not FVV, although he would make a great backup PG.
Alright boys real talk: Suns GM comes in tomorrow says we can have Book or KD for Green + their picks we stole. Are we taking the deal? Booker or KD?
