James harden is making his case for MVP playing like this.

Carmelo already won "his" championship. What a chump so glad he never came here.

KJ McDaniels is thriving. I feel like Dekker is on the verge of a breakout game too. HArrell put in a claim for some more time. Really, the young bucks are bringing it except for Capela. Idk what's up with him but he looks shaky on both ends right now. Maybe just the pressure of being a starter...

Gordon is cold blooded. Anderson needs to let the shot fly a little more freely, he's got a good stroke too but seems reserved.

Beverley coming back is going to give us a little more edge and depth where ennis doesn't. Hopefully it's as a rotation player rather than starter because I like the firepower harden and Gordon provide together.

Idk if DMo is in the plans and I don't really care. He's doing himself a huge disservice missing this time.

They do however, need a big who will enforce. An A hole. Someone who will take umbrage with Carmelo super swatting a guy in mid air. Someone who will return a hard foul.

Wtf is Jennings doing. Good for MDA, returning to the garden and doing em dirty. How do you like me now?!

 

To add to that Ariza probably doesn't have to rush up 3s like last year since there so much attention to those 2 and can once again be that sharp shooting 3 guy.

 

Probably told jennings to sit his scrub ass down.

 

He also said Harden would be better off the ball. Clearly this is not the case.

 

Agree but would say he's just your decent NBA 3 point shooter, a little too streaky

And the Hawks lost their first game too. Dwight should not be shooting more than Millsap, that's for sure.

 

Harden is a legit top 5 player in the league. Anybody who says otherwise is an utter idiot.

 

Knicks look really bad out there, but I'll take the easy win. Don't remember lots of these last year.

 

Crushing Knicks since 94. Glad to see the tradition continue.

 

Harden is just so much better than Melo

 

Harden looks like he's waltzing around out there. Still comes up with a monster stat line.

After last year's unfun depressing team, this is such a breath of fresh air. Love that Anderson and Gordon are dropping three point bombs all over the place. When Beverley gets back, we should see some really fun 3 point shooting line ups.

 

Man I wasn't really high on the MDA hire but there's no denying that he is the best coach we've had since Rick the Ruler.

Both those guys no how to get the best out of guys and it's impressive. I know we complain about the defense but just from and eye test, it's really not bad att all. The thing we are bad at is rebounding. Gotta fix that somehow than I think we can take that step toward being that 4th best team in the league with the clippers.

We have to remember that most nights playing everyone outside of the Cavs Warriors and Spurs and to an extent the clippers, this is what it's going to look like. Not many teams can keep up with us besides those 4 and we can even catch those teams on any given night.

I listened to ty lue last night and he said the rockets are one of the hardest teams to play against and that he just wanted to get the win anyway how he wasn't even trying to worry about anything else. That's talk from a championship coach you only here talk like that when you have a good team that has a something special going on.

I think the rockets are going to surprise everyone this year and be the one team that is in that 4-6 range that none of the top teams want to play in the playoffs.
