lets get all the wins we can before tmac's return on friday, then we may never see any winning streak again...
I will be at the Garden tonight for my first Rockets game ever. I'm psyched because I feel like I know so much more about the team since joining this forum. I even look forward to seeing Tmac and SF3 on the sidelines. GO ROCKETS!
Psh, it's the Knicks. They can't stop Yao, and their defense is so bad they'd get shredded easily by the Memphis Tigers. Even if the Rockets end up playing half-hearted defense, I don't see any chance for the Knicks here.
the bench needs to step up tonight or else we'll lose, i bet yao is not gonna score the 30 points he got as easy as the last time these teams met.. any news if SF3 is gonna play??
The Knicks won last night in Chicago and now face an increasingly hostile home crowd tonight. So we can't take anything for granted. But I believe. Go Rockets!
So, we're all anxiously awaiting your next set of predictions. Or are you done prognosticating? Yao should destroy Curry again tonight!
i am a little bit concerned this could be a big night for curry. he had a monster game against bulls with 29p, and looking forward to revenge on yao.
So many post like this, they really haven't built up our confidence this year have they? It would be a major let down to lose this one after what has been an excellent road trip. In my mind I don't think this team is taking anything lightly, we have a good group of veterans. But, both the Knicks and the Wolves put together some good games last night, so were gonna have to continue to play tough defense, get all over those boards, and move the ball. If we do that I think this should be a win. Rox-101 Knicks-89 Aaron Brooks shows Nate Robinson who the fastest player in the NBA is again.
Yao is going to go off 2nite and it might be a close game, other than that I wonder how many TO's Luther will have trying to do the entry pass.
Just because Curry had a field day with Ben Wallace and Aaron Gray, don't think he's suddenly going to stop being Yao's personal b****. Yao owns Curry, more than anyone else in this league. Yao's career averages against him are ridiculous. I'll never forget the way Yao humiliated him last year at TC -- when, after blocking his shot for the 5th time and then pulling out the seat from under him to force a turnover, Curry could do nothing but hang his head in shame and walk slowly back to the bench.
Imagine how tough it is for me at work the next day living on the East Coast when the Rockets play a West Coast game.
Unfortuantely, I have been really busy with work and coaching a youth BB team. I will say that the Rockets have an easier schedule and *should* make up some ground. That being said, 8-3 was pretty good, no?
