More of what he did. Remember when Marbury crossed over Yao and made him fall (While the Phoenix bench was cracking up)? The Phoenix media made a big deal about that. And Marburry obliged them, I'm sure.

Just pray that next year JVG don't get another Knicks coach fired when he visits the guarden!

Don't blame him too bad. He just want to lock a rebound for himself, if he has to block yao first to reach this rebound, so be it, he is a human being first, not god.

Can you blame Wilkens though? If I was the coach of the Knicks last night with Padgett hitting that shot to beat me, I would have said "Screw it, I give up!"

The shot was skill what was luck was an all-star point guard and his amigo playing volleyball with 30 seconds left.

well, i guess it depends on the side you're watching. you call it skill, i call it luck, just like you probably called crawford's shot from november luck

isn't it strange? both games (the one from houston and the last night's one) ended 92-93 with a basket in the last seconds? :)

i thought you guys wanted JVG fired :p

Crawford's shot was definitely luck, he banked it in. No player ever shoots a 3 with a bank, ball comes off the backboard with too much speed and is more likely to rim out than go in.

Padgetts shot went in like he shot it, right through the net, not off the backboard, didn't roll around the rim. Only luck about his shot was the play wasn't supposed to run through him.

Feel your pain though, the Knicks have been struggling even more than the Rox.

I haven't read thru this thread, but Honestly, I cannot believe Padgett was even in the game at the end. He had been a goat up until that point. But wow. He changed eveyrthing with one shot.
