A very nice win. Rockets play so much better on the road.

TMac didn't seem to play the same after the back strain...hopefully he's okay.

    Oh, we don't need Cat.

we have a more than decent four. i am tired of howard not getting any credit for the ROX success. he is playing an important role. he defends, rebounds and makes open shots.

It was a great moment seen Yao hug Mobley at the end of the game. Both guys played hard great games and it was great to see them together at the end.

The haters here just never give up. Mobley played a great game but we got the W. No reason to hate.

Amen to that...just because JH isn't KG or TD doesn't mean he hasn't gotten the job done. He's been great throughout the year...kinda feels funny that he gets the ball in the post before Yao alot of times but he is a decent post player.

one of the best all-around games of the season, everyone was willing to make the extra pass for the better shot. james, wesley and barry were getting to wide open spots and knocking big jumpers, t-mac got his but didnt do anything to force up shots he worked within the system. yao established himself early with 8 first qtr points but then JVG rested him most of the way and he played well down the final minutes. only bad spot on this was the # of offensive rebounds but that is going to happen when the oppossing team consistent takes outside jumpers leading to long rebounds. great game

now everything will be tainted if they cant come out tomorrow and beat the warriors. finish off the trip 4-0

He is good. While about Defense, he is far away good.

Actually he was traded because that was the only way the deal was going to get done and no GM in the league would refuse to give up Cuttino in a deal for T-Mac.

I would absolutely LOVE to have him back in a Rockets uniform. He plays above average defense, is a decent shooter and knows how to play with Yao in addition to run the floor. He did regress to jacking up shots, but I think alot of that has to do with him being traded with his brother-in-jack, Francis. As long as he can take better shots like he started doing last season and won't try to rape the Rockets for a huge contract, I'm all for it.

Mike James has ice in his veins. A clutch shooter!
Yao was very good on defense. I was worried when T-Mac held his back but he seems to be fine. Wesley and Barry were solid.
Bobby should still be the starter the ball moves better with him but it's great to have James on the team as well.

Not disrespecting Juwan at all, he is alright, but not quite decent. And no he doesn't defend well. In today's game I get nervous watching Yao going after shots even though he wasn't in foul trouble. Why? Because everytime he does that KT or Darius Songaila (of all people) is there to rip the offensive board.

When you already have a weak rebounder at the 5, you don't want another at the 4.

We are a serious championship contender! This team is a great team.

I love the fact we don't need Yao most of the game because guys like James, Wesley and Barry were so hot.

The only reason we let him go is that we had to give up something to get TMAC.
Cat actually fit pretty well in JVG's system.

I'M BUSTING! I am so proud of this team; they are true Road Warriers. They are reaching some kind of level that must be scary to the elite of the league. The Rockets are for real, they are a contender, and they are coming to a neighborhood near you.

After almost five years of suffering, five years of idiotic basketball, five stinking years of following my favorite team with players I didn't even like, it is pay off time, baby. Now I not only have players I like to watch, but a true team, but not only that, a contending team, but not only that, they may get better before the playoffs. The potential that I am seeing is nothing short of inspiring. This team can play with anyone, anywhere. And I really like this group of guys. Now I can say something that I couldn't say for a long time; it is good to be a Rocket's fan! :)

On average, he's not good enough. He has good nights but also has too many bad nights, way more than Yao's. Howard's shot selection is also very questionable. His defense is picked up though.

Even if Howard plays good sometimes, Rockets is still thin on PF position. Padgett fouls too much, spoon is worse than last year.
