Uncertainty is usually on the side of the pessimist. You bringing it up to say we have a chance to get back to contention in 3 seasons is outright delusional. Even organizational excellence has a hard time doing this. Because of people like you and other Harden haters, I've set the bar at NBA Finals. I'm quite comfortable betting the tip jar that we're not making the NBA Finals in the next 10 years. Even if the Rockets make WCF in 10 years, the trade is still ****, and I feel really comfortable betting the tip jar on Rockets not making WCF in 10 years as well.
Agreed. Harden trade w/ OKC was probably the best trade ever and maybe we'll never see such a thing ever again from the Rockets FO.

This is one of the worst stretches of basketball I have ever had the misfortune to witness. I’m almost beyond the point of feeling shitty after losses and have now basically come around to embracing the tank. I appreciate all of my fellow Rocketeers on Clutchfans for making the misery less lonely.
