The majority of rebounds come in defense, not offense. I want Yao to mix it up, spend both time in the low post and the high post. From the high post Yao can flash down low, pass to cutters or fires a jumper. Yao's a versatile player, he should not to be restricted in one area. Also, playing high post saves Yao energy from battling for position every time, which does wonders to help Yao pace his energy and play more minutes, leading to more rebounds.
