Did DA have to sleep with Cheryl Miller to get that interview, or do they always pick the guy that clanks the most shots off the front of the rim?

    ;)

I'll stop picking on DA now...good win, let's try to turn this into an actual win streak Sunday night.

ahh, such a huge win for what could've been such a demoralizing loss.

when swift is being active and not trying to take shots and make moves light years out of his arsenal, he's quite useful.

luther head has been so much better than i thought he would be, and i was a big fan of drafting him. with his athleticism and shooting, i thought he could be a nice rotation player in the future, but not the impact player right away that he has been. his shot is just money, nothing seems to phase him, and he uses his athleticism very well. play him more dammit.

tmac, yao, head, and swift are all we've got going for us. everyone else just hasn't had it. although wesley mostly does the right thing, his shot just hasn't been great this year.

I would like to evaluate our current plan when we have our full compliment of players, and are new players have fully adapted to the system (and as we know last year, it takes time).

T-mac just fully came back 4 games ago... we're 3-1. Head is starting to find his role on this team. Swift is now playing hard, and he looks "less lost" on the defensive/offensive end. Yao is still consistent.... he's not dominating every game... but he's remaining consistent.

Factor in we're doing this all without a true PG... and yea... I'd like to re-evaluate how we "look at our record".

His stat line looks sweet. 17 points 5 boards and 2 assists.

Its not hard to rack up points when you're the designated "foul the other team at the end of game free-throw shooter".

i love the way tmac burdens the shoulder of carrying our offense. lol, kenny.

and apparently webber was awesome last year, despite all evidence to the contrary.

Nice win!! Yao finally showed some aggression. Man was that great to see him rejecting those shots back to back. Brought back memories of Hakeem. Mcgrady.... enough said. Stromile finally found his groove, his best game of the season imo. And Head just continues to impress. The guy is clutch. He does make rookie mistakes still, but isn't scared to step up will knock down the big shot when needed. Great win Rox !!

Barkley is asking some great questions.

and I liked how T-Mac referred to himself in third person.

I agree with most of what you say, but to say I am bashing JVG is stupid. Look, for the past billion games, the guard comes up court, Yao sets up on the side, guard stops to pass, Yao gets fronted or doubled easily wasting 10 seconds easily and a possible fumble. Also, for the past billion games, Yao chases quick guards to the 3pt line and gets quick fouls. We need some changes. Our offense is stagnant and our players our old. Where are we disagreeing? Are you saying our offense is working, and we just need more time? Are you thinking that the plan works and we just need to stick with it? You want Yao to chase point guards at the 3pt line?
