I'm gonna really need this team to step up. I'm starting to look dumb for all the **** I was talking to my spur and mavs friends after we got lawson

Lol, I know the feeling, it's become such a regular thing for me that my friends basically laugh at me. Oh well... YAY rockets!!

 

That's ridiculous. Harden needs to be in attack mode every night. If he doesn't get calls, so be it. But it was clear for most of the game yesterday that he was being way too passive. When the Rockets got down double figures late, then suddenly there was a sense of urgency, but it was too little too late as usual.

 

That's equivalent of an employee at a normal job not showing up for work and saying 'I wasn't in the working mood'. Harden might as well said 'I didn't feel like trying against the Nuggets'. WHAT? Try imagining Michael Jordan saying that. Or Kobe. Where is that winning mentality?

 

**** attack mode, how about PLAYING DEFENSE MODE...that lazy bum hasn't played defense all year.

You want to win in this league get James Harden to stop ball watching and pay attention to his man.

Everyone he guards has a career night.....the guy is just not there defensively at all and it is KILLING this team.

How many PPG is the opponent averaging against us? Yep, it is horrid, and most of that stems because we have one guy who doesn't try at all - Mr. Attack Mode, Mr. all I care about is offense, mode.

If Harden doesn't clean up and start playing fricken defense - then we are not going to win ANYTHING with him on this team.

I used to stay up for west coast games. Every single one of them. Even with 9:30 start times on back to back TNT games where the start time was really 9:50. I ain't doing that tonight. Bunch of Bozos.

It's like he's completely oblivious as to how many times he gets burned on back cuts or how many times he attempts that half-ass arm swipe while his man drives with ease to the bucket for the 17th time...

 

Kings coming off of 4 days rest and us no rest. We'll be tired as ****.

 

If Harden decides to commit on defense I bet that effort translates into favorable Rockets officiating. It just somehow seems like the logical rationalization of piss poor effort thus deserving piss poor officiating.

 

Career night for Collison.

 

I wonder if the bigs on this team don't set the proper picks for Lawson. He can definitely put on the jets and is every bit as quick as Aaron Brooks was at his finest. What do guys think?

He should be.... But I read he might play less minutes on 2nd night of back 2 backs.

 

I wonder if the Rockets will care at all in the first quarter tonight.

Apparently he had a bout of food poisoning, had to have IV...is cleared to play against the Kings today, all going well.
