Complaining about the refs is one hand and changing the team is the other hand. They are not just making the mistakes. If so, nobody will complain, but if they are going to control the game with bad calls, that will be another story.

Yao should get respect from the league. He is our superstar and he should be treated as a superstar

Udrich is only a bench player in Spurs, and now he playes like Tony Parker. Spurs really have the ability to find true talent. But, Rockets? :(

Keep in mind these comments are about this game but also about the season in general. The are the things that i want to tell the Rockets:

    1. Rick Adleman - Coach... you think we can trade for Beno Udrih? Man would that be an improvement... Oh before i forget... Can you change the starting lineup? They suck. Nothing personal or anything.

    2. Tmac - Listen bro, you aint never gonna win till you learn how to use your teammates. Keep going for isos and shooting contested jumpers and you can already kiss your chances of getting out of the first round goodbye. Does Rick tell you to shoot those whenever?

    3. Bonzi - What have you done to earn more minutes dude?? Did you pay Rick cash or with a check? Coz you sure shouldnt be playing power forward.

    4. Mike James - Hey Mike... dude stop staring at the basketball... you can have it later... **** man get away !! hey! hey! Someone call the cops! Mike James just ran off with my ball!! WTF????!!!

    5. Luis Scola - Luis mi amigo, i know it surprised the **** out of you when Rafer passed you the ball at the end of the game. When something like that happens you thank your lucky stars and shoot the ball, you dont pass it to Bonzi... yea i know i know... i wouldnt blame you if you went back to Europe. They actually do pass the ball over there.

    6. Yao Ming - Next time give that ref a wedgie. If you are gonna get tossed at least do something funny in the process. It should be memorable!

    7. Rafer Alston - RAFE!!! my friend, my buddy come over here! <whack> Sorry man i didnt mean to hit you so hard... <to my buds> ok guys head for the border and make sure you take all his IDs before you drop him. The longer he takes finding his way back the better.

We def need Steve back. He's is only guy giving us energy and effort right now.

Scola for some reason doesn't want to shoot the ball. He made a couple of passes in situations that he should've shot, and that resulted in turnovers. He looked good a couple games back, but its a mystery why he's not been as aggressive lately.

Bonzi Wells really looks like he's winging it now. I'm serious. I see a lack of effort on the defensive end, and he's not attacking the basket at all on the offensive end.

Battier, in terms of offensive aggresiveness, is even worse than Scola and Wells. He'd prefer not to shoot the ball at all if he had a choice.

Luther Head has looked completely lost out there for the past two games now. He seems like he's making it too hard for himself. He should just stick with just shooting the ball.

This could be the Coach's problem of why the Rockets seem to have no sense of identity. The Rockets at times passed the ball too much and other times played too much one-on-one. They can't find the fine line between having the Yao and Tmac as the centers of the offense and having the role players step up. The defense was also inconsistent. We have guys like Battier who play solid, straight-up defense and then people like Bonzi who seemed always gamble on defense.

Rockets defense wasn't very good tonight. Once again, no other player besides T-Mac and Yao scored in double figures. The Rockets need an injection of offense for somebody or somewhere. Houston didn't utilize Wells well enough tonight. He had a Kevin Martin guarding him for a while and they didn't go to him in the post. He just floated around on the perimeter and this happened while Yao was out of the game. I think Worrell is right when he said that other teams are challenging anybody not named TMac and Yao to beat us. The problem is when the rest of your lineup consists of Hayes, Battier, and Alston, you're not going to beat anybody. All of these players are offensively anemic and all had typically poor perfomances tonight - and they start for this team! At the very least, Alston and Hayes need to go to the bench and have Francis and Scola start ahead of them. The more I see Battier struggle out there, the more I think he should be traded, probably along with Head or Alston or draft picks or whatever it takes to get a decent two guard to take some of the load off of TMac and Yao. I thought it was time to win not time for mediocirty.

I think Barkley is a disgusting person and a horrible exrocket but I also am thinking of the Rockets winning about 45 games for the season. I had been hoping for about 62! I dont like RICK'S game plan and I dont like RICK'S decissions. So far I think he is headed for a ONE year stint as our head Coach!

The big problem is that we have a bunch of Point Guards and not ONE of them is a floor general who can be a playmaker!!!!!!!
THIS IS ONE VERY BIG MISTAKE MADE BY MOREY WHEN HE PUT THIS TEAM TOGETHER.
Tracy McGrady is the only playmaker on the court.
When these two things coinside expect the Rockets to loose against a decent team
a] Tracy concentrates on scoring points with little play as a playmaker.
b] Yao Ming looks great than starts playing role player for the rest of the game. I can see this and it has been that way for several sesons!!
When is Yao going to be the man and demand the ball like he did in the Chinese Championships, when he averaged 45pts :p

I agree. In the first qtr, Yao was so aggressive. From 2nd qtr, he disappeared from our offense side. when he had the ball, he was not so determined to shoot the ball, but tried to find someone to pass and then missed, since he could not find the position of the teammates.

    T-mac with 40, Yao with 29.

    Nobody else in double figures.

I can't stand watching the rockets.
