what happen to our D?? JVG what's up? thought we were one of the best "defensive teams", there's no way Rox will win when CAto is our primary offensive option

One of the tonnes of mistakes made by the Rockets GM.

If you are watching the game, you'd see that Francis' defense isn't the reason for Bibby's offense. They are running picks for Francis and the picked man's defender isn't showing on Bibby. At least three times in the first quarter, Bibby hit open jumpers when Brad Miller set a pick and Cato didn't come out and put a hand in Bibby's face.

The Rockets are playing poor TEAM defense.

Part of that is the fact that Sacramento isn't missing any shots outside or in. The other part is that guys aren't switching fast enough on the pick n' roll.

I'm all for assigning blame, but how about giving some credit to the Kings. You may not like it, but the Kings are a REALLY REALLY good team.

I really wish to hear Charles Barkley says "If Rockets is going to win this game, I will kiss your ass..."

I don't know, but I thought francis demanded to be traded, that's why he was on the block.
Now, it is possible that the grizzles might have instead traded bibby to make francis happy. But I think the senario of grizzles moving a discontented player in francis is more likely.

    Oh well...

JVG might as well play the scrubs in the 2nd half so the starters will be good to go tommorrow in Seattle.

The Rockets defense is not the only issue. Their offensive sets are pathetic. They aren't playing as a team at all...on either end of the court. They are walking the ball up. Holding it for 3, 4, 5 seconds at a time while everyone stands around waiting for someone to do something. There is no motion to the offense tonight. I hope JVG is tearing them all new a-holes because they are not playing with no heart, no fire and no pride.
