So what do you suppose we do? Overhaul the roster...again? This team hasn't had any stability in its personally since before JVG arrived. The only constants have been Yao and McGrady.

I'd rather see this same team, that has showed so much damn heart in the face of so much adversity come back next year, with a few additions perhaps, and see what they can do. Maybe they stay injury free and play deep into the playoffs, maybe they don't. But (outside the first few months) I've enjoyed the ride this season, and there's no reason to think, that with another year under Adelman and with these young guys returning with Yao, they can't do some incredible things.

oh no doubt, but that doesn't change the fact that the refs have a job to do, too.

Everybody except for Tracy and Luis came up real small tonight in an elimination game. I expected us to lose but that's really disheartening.

Uh, Utah is a team of good shooters. It's what they do.

I would like to agree with you as many positive things have happened this year such as Scola and Landry and Brooks may develop into a good backup PG. But what is still lacking with this roster, even with a healthy Yao, is a consistent PG and a shooters. Rafer is too inconsistent even when healthy- and you see how the team plays without him. Battier is not strong enough offensively, and we need somebody to come off the bench to knock down outside shots so that teams do not just pack the paint. I hope that Head is not on this team next year.

Parker, Kobe and hopefully Tracy will reach 40 pts in this year's playoffs.

they didn't come up small due to a lack of heart for sure, they're just not good enough basketball players.
