wtf whys jazz calling timeout when they're like 20 points ahead with 5 mins to go...unless they want to put their 3rd team on the court?!!

Agree. It is something like T-Mac+Scola vs. Jazz

I've always loved Scola for his heart and effort and I love what I have seen so far from T-Mac. This guy wants it so bad, I can only feel bad for him

that's why we needed alston. bobby just didn't have it today. and AB really... i dont rag on players too much and there's still time to develop... but AB really isn't the player I thought he was. saw him in college and the dude could flat out score I really thought he could be an iverson type player with speed, a better outside shot and weaker drive. brooks just hasn't developed

BUT THAT'S WHY WE NEEDED ALSTON. Tmac couldn't get his shot off and no one else could buy a bucket = loss

Say what you want about McGrady, but he carried us through 13 games against the Jazz and kept us in them. I dont care what we give up in D to get some players who can hit shots, Utah already has too many wide open layups and shots.

I wouldnt want anyone else starting for me in the playoffs, be it Kobe, Lebron or other.

    players to keep

    Tmac
    Yao
SF3 ( LOTS of potential/upside after rehab for low $)
    Scola
    Landry

*Battier can be shipped if we can get equal or greater value in return

Pack everyone else for a third scorer. Ron Artest?

somebody called it earlier in the thread: "refs will wait until the Jazz are comfortably ahead by 20 before calling those fouls."

    So true.

They are not steady. None of them can say they have advantage over the opposing guys. They help, but I believe we need a bit more.

The question will be. How can make sure we get to the playoffs with a healthy roster?

Well I wouldn't blame refs tonight. I'd blame Bobby, Brooks for all those wide open misses. I'd blame defense, offense

Exactly. We need some guys who can actually hit shots. They shut down our main scorer. We needed the other 4 guys on the court to step up and hit their shots. But they didnt.

that is one thing i've thought about. if any team is going to get more calls than the jazz, it would be the lakers and kobe.

and holy crap novak can shoot. considering he's always getting spot minutes, it's amazing.

    throw that 'bow scola.

Our bench wasn't that bad this year. I think the combination of youth and injuries that hurt them in the end.
