It's been real guys, I'm out. I'm definitely not as disappointed as last season. Looking forward to a good off season and promising next season.

The rebounding has really let us down. We got *nothing* from our forwards tonight. They just have a lot of big bodies who could wear down a lot of teams. I think if we get Yao and add a few pieces we can be successful.

2nd half we didn't go to t-mac enough, and when we did he was doubled and our role players couldn't step up.

    Yao,Tmac,Rafer,Battierr, injured.
    Deke, Bjax, old
Head, Hayes, undersized and without offensen ability
Brooks, too young and too small
    Novak, without deffense ability
    ......

Rockets, I can't ask for more from you... thank you for your performance this season. God bless rockets next season.

who says everything we gain in offense with gay we don't lose on defense? battier just finished 3rd in DPOY voting and effectively guards the other teams best guy every night. take that away and maybe other teams offenses run a lot smoother and now we need all of gay's points just to make up for it. maybe we would be better with gay, but i would say it's far from certain.

I agree ! We need another scorer and the Rockets don't have the money ! What I dont understand is why dont the over paid guys like T-Mac and even Yao take a pay cut to get another superstar on this team ! hell whats a couple of million to them ! Thats the only way we can get Artest or Arenas on this team !

I am not too impressed by Jazz. This team can barely beat an inured Rockets team. Rockets lost three games without a starting point guard. If Rafer had been there, this series could have been differnt. Jazz will not go anywhere

they weren't going to win even with him in there.. with him in there they didn't just crawl back from a 19pt defecit.. with him in there they dug themselves that 19pt defecit to begin.. with him in there they went into the still trailing.. and when that happens.. the Rockets' odds of losing increase dramatically.. they themselves admit.. they do much worse playing from behind..

I cannot believe the people in this thread. We are playing without two of our leaders, in the toughest arena in the country against a team that many predict to make the NBA finals, and they act like we should be killing them.

Nothing negative can be said about T-Mac in regards to this game. NOTHING. I agree that he has shown questionable desire in a few prior games, but tonight is NOT one of them.

The fact that we have made this series so close should be enough for any fan, but apparantly not. I want a win as much as anyone else, but it is not like we aren't trying out there.

    Absolutely ridiculous.

In the 3rd he was doubled every time but with Brooks going 0-5 with all wide open shots you are not going to win. 11poinst in 12 minutes in the NBA is something unbelivable, don't you think ?

We are just so unlucky. If we had Rafer in the 2nd half, we wouldn't have trailed by such a large margin. :(

what's crazy is i think we were #1 or #2 in rebounding margin this year. we're a great rebounding team. even w/o yao i think we were doing really well. but the jazz just suck for us from virtually every matchup perspective. good pg and good pf. motion offense which our pack it in defense doesn't want (we want to just force tough jumpers), physical offense and defense which doesn't fit us, and tons of long rebounds (do they ever miss close?) to hurt us packing it in as well, and our only athletic guys to chase long rebounds aren't that good on offense. it just sucks trying to match up with these guys.
