I just rewatched Game 5 (can't sleep, too pumped up for Game 6) and I noticed some things:

    1) The game was very low intensity - the Jazzholes seemed very tired and were half asleep. Game 6 is going to be a lot different, and I hope the Rockets are ready to match the intensity. Don't let the performance of the Jazzholes in game 5 lull you to sleep, or else..

    2) Luther Head was actually not -that- bad. Besides horrendously blown layups, he actually played a key part in the Rockets pulling away in the second quarter - first the pass to BJax for the 3, then the hustle play where he dived onto the floor to save the ball which ended up being a BJax layup or shooting foul (can't remember but it was one of those). If he can make all those layups he blew in Game 6 - wow, our bench will be amazing.

    3) There was a lot more Deke, particularly in the 3rd quarter. I thought that really kept the Jazz offensive production down. If we want a game 6 victory Deke will have to play the same amount of minutes he did in game 5. Thank god we had a 2 days rest, everyone on this team has small injuries which could use some extended rest.

    4) Finally, the most important thing is that Boozer's confidence seems to be shot. He's not the same player who kept making midrange jumpshots against Yao Ming last year. We're not going to score 95 points again, esp. in Utah, so we'll have to focus even more on keeping their points down. The Rockets will probably want to force the Jazz offense into passing the ball to Boozer and put the scoring burden ON Boozer - this is a tactic other teams have used against us and T-mac, actually, but of course, T-mac knows how to pass.

If all goes well, I see the Rockets pulling out a 84-75 victory. GAME 7 AT HOME BABY!!

You're probably right, but I don't know how anybody could look down on the Rockets. They have done us proud this year and have a bright future.

let's hope Boozer makes another prediction. maybe "it's not going to 7 games"

I just hope our team paid the refs more than the Jazzhole team did.

I hope the officiating isn't our downfall.. we just need 2 fairly called games.

The Refs will probably play the biggest part of this game. If they decide to go bias, it'll be impossible for us to win. Afterall, Utah lost only four times in the regular season, and I don't think the fans have much to do with it.

The good thing is, we're the last of the western conference series who are still standing and playing. This means the league will pay more attention to it. Since we're the last west series on, a lot of other team fans will be looking into us, even coaches and probably even david stern and his co-workers. This is also a really big game, so if the officials go bias, the whole world will know.

Lets just hope that what I said does happen, there are 3 games going on tomorrow, lets hope we get as much watchers as possible. I don't want bad officiating go unseen by the league.

    NBA - 3 West Series = 1 West series
1 West series = more viewers
Jazz + more viewers = less biased officiating
Jazz + less biased officiating = Rockets win

Any curse has to end one day or the other.
Reading the press, including quotes fromthe Jazz camp, it's clear the momentum favors us.

    Dead Rockets walking.........

9 out of 10 It's gonna be this season's final game for Rockets, but if by heaven's name they pull it though, then go Rockets all the way to the title.
