I can't see this team going anywhere this year....JVG needs to go...TMAC is no leader...YAO is solid but will never dominate a game......Shane is solid...Head has no emotions and is way undersized...juwan is way paste his prime...hayes is a specialty player.....this team needs a talent upgrade in a major way....they have had 3 years to do it and still can't what a ****IN shame....and then you have those ****in marketers tryin to sell me a ******* season ticket....what a joke

50 points by TMac and Yao, only 17 by the rest of the team, including 0 from the bench while shooting 0 for 10... Add 19 TO. Some guys need to step up in the next game, how come Alston stopped shooting like crazy? In a game like this we might actually have needed it. Where is Heads touch? Why can`t Howard hit open 15 footers? Where was Snyder?

a day ago everyone was talking sweep and about our second round opponent. now y'all think we can't handle their physicality and that we're mentally weak and that the jazz want is more than us. geez people. we sucked ass as much as possible at shooting. our D is still spectacular. give me these looks and 81 points for the jazz every game and i'll take my chances.

Was that T-mac running out the clock at the end of the game? Not like he was going to win it all in the final seconds but at least pretend like you care. This team has no passion for the game I just don't see it.

I agree. Given carte blanche by JVG to shoot, he doesn't know how to use the blank cheque properly. I knew it wasn't a good sign when he was hot in the beginning because he will stop looking for his team mates. Regardless whether he makes his shots or misses, he will continue to jack them up. Disappointing.

rockets will never win a championship let alone make it out the first round.
I mean look at this team bench scores 0 pts.
TMAC former superstar that just take jump shots that he shoots at a 35% clip. I mean every time you go to the basket the call fouls or lead to teamates easy buckets.
Yao jump shooting center that does the same turn around over and over again. I mean cmon dont you have any more offensive moves since your 5 years in the NBA
Van Dummy - I swear this man cannot make in game adjustments. And his loyalty to his players like GAYFER aston and JHO I mean cmon JHO you cant even hit a layup on a fast break? GAYFER ALSTON has te be the worst point guard in the NBA. Why would you even put Luther Head on Harp. ummm. Last time I check we still had Luther Head. His offensive sets are soo predictable I pray he does not get a extension.
Rockets Bench oh wait they have no bench how can you not even provide one point?
The only person I respect is Shane Battier on the team.

What a godawful game. I don't know where to begin.

Lets face it the Jazz wanted this game more than we did especially in the second half. While both teams were bricking it up the Jazz kept on hustling getting to offensive rebounds and milking the clock. They maintained their lead even though their offense sucked through hustle and ball control.

In short the out Van Gundyed us.

There is no way we deserve to win with only 4 Rockets scoring. Yes we will ride our big horses but as this game shows those horses get tired. If the rest of the team doesn't pick up the slack things are going to look bad.

Now on the bright side. Utah won a desperation game and still didn't play that great. We played horribly but were still kept it close most of the game.
If we can get some more offense we got the series. That said we can't count on Utah to play terribly. Sooner or later one or both of us is going to show up with offense. It better be us or we can kiss the second round goodbye.

We sure could've used Bonzi tonight. Damn you Bonzi for your lazyness and damn you Van Gundy for your stubbornness.
