    disagree, dude. for the same reason that, if you're right handed, it's easier to dribble left, on the left side of the court, then stop and pull up for a jumper, than it is to go right, on the right side of the court and stop for a pull up jumper (assuming one can dribble equally well with both hands). driving right, you have to get your right shoulder all the way around your body, i.e. you have to turn/twist in the air more. driving left, your right shoulder is already facing the bucket, thus less twisting. try it next time you hit the court for a pickup game.
