this is a really important game psychologically for both teams

Very very close game that could go either side.

The Rockets or the Jazz will take the game by 5 or less. My thoughts are more by 3.

If the Rockets win, it is because:

a) the two headed monster of Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady combine for more than 55 points.

b) We will get about 8 3 pointers.

c) Our bench contributes 12 points.

d) WE OUTREBOUND THE JAZZ AGAIN.

e) WE DEFEND HARD... AND SMART.

Just play your best Rockets, and play with heart. That's all I ask.

houston has done only what they were supposed to do...

they held serve and protected home court...

now is the real challenge: go in front of a hostile crowd and get it done on the road... they did it in 05 in Dallas of all places... they should spilt the road trip at least, and come home with one more chance to close out the series...

The good guys will win.

Yao's going to dump 40+ on the Jazz, T-mac will get double-digit assists and either Luther or Shane will hit the treys to snuff out any 4th quarter rallies from the Jazz.

The Rockets need to stay focused, at the same time, relaxed.
Do not focus on the score situation. Focus on getting into groove. If they get back the shooting touch and stay focused, Utah will panic.
Don't choke yourselves Rockets, let the Jazz suffocate in front of their crowds.

Game three is pivotal, it can turn momentum either way. If the Rockets win, the Jazz are effectively crushed. If the Jazz win, they have new life. I would play game three like in was game seven, and, it might prove to be just that.
