Utah Jazz game... with the lose tonight tomorrows game is HUGE...if we lose we can quite possibly lose hc advantage....this would most probably mean another 1st round exit courtesy of the jazz because they are really tough at home....and in the playoffs im sure it will be much tougher than regular season....however the bright spot is we are still one game up on them so even if we do lose we will be tied with the same record with them playing @SA to end their season and us having the clips...i like our chances against the clips and SA is tough to beat at home (except today lol).....basically all of this confusion would be avoided if we win tomorrow against the hated jazz.....GO ROCKETS

Absolutely embarassing; tank job or not. How in the hell we couldn't get up for this was beyond me. We have yet to lock sh** down. Apparently a chance to capture the #1 seed, take control of the division, and at the very least work towards ensuring homecourt in the first round just wasn't that big a deal. This was NOT the game to give guys the night off!

UTAH game is a loss for sure. Who cares about homecourt advantage, it never stopped mcgrady from losing. latest reminder: 2007, Game 7 at home vs utah last year. Only way mcgrady is getting past first round is that david stern decides the rockets automatically clinch.
A must win, but the Rockets will get their asses handed to them. Which would leave our fate in the hands of the Spurs on Wednesday and that's the last team I want deciding whether or not we have home court.
The Rockets could make things a LOT easier on themselves with a win, but it ain't gonna be easy. I say, this is a playoff level game and Battier and Jackson gotta play. We can't have Luther Head out there trying to pass or dribble--only disaster will result from that. Rafer has got to be better too, his inconsistency is so damn maddening!
