Yao looked to be grimmacing quite a bit on his way to the bench for the timeout. Hope he's not having foot pain again.

Was a grin or grimace on Yao's face when he walked towards the bench?

Hmmm, I see Yao is walking gingerly on the court.

Seriously, if Yao is grimacing in pain, it's time to sit him the **** down.

Word has it that Yao's left foot was stepped on and he is in the locker room examined by a Utah doc.

A minor injury to Yao (say a quick healing bruise which magically keeps him out the rest of the season) would be the perfect counter to Minnesota's innovative Garnett-Pine strategy, plus rest him to better dominate Micronesia or Bahrain or whatever unfortunate outfit the CNT vanquishes this summer.

If it's a minor injury, I'm for it, and it avoids the ignominy of a Canoner2000 white flag.
