Why do I see this game coming down to some kind of infuriating flop towards the end of the game? Oh right, cuz it's the Jazz. Can this team please rename itself and give the Jazz name back to New Orleans? Why don't they just trade? I assume there are Honets in Utah.

Lowry should start and I hope he does, It's probably unlikely though. But Hey, if the Rockets lose tonight it will just give Lowry more of a chance to start. I see Deron going for 30 tonight if AB guards him most of the time, not so sure about Booz. Yao SHOULD dominate, not sure if he will. Scola is probably going to have the best game.

Arrogant Jazz Fan #1 The Rockets and their fans aren't even on my radar. I don't care about them at all. I love how we're the Rockets #1 most hated rival yet 90% of Jazz fans wouldn't put Houston in their top 5 most hated rivals. Let me whoop it up with Laker fans, or Spurs fans, or Suns, Mavs, and Nuggets fans. Let Rockets fans cling to their championships from 15 years ago and continue to pray that they didn't have to face Jordan in either Finals. The Lakers have won 14 championships, the only team I know Laker fans hate with a passion is the Celtics. Laker fans don't bat a eye at the Jazz, they've won NOTHING. Spurs and Mavs are some of our Rivals and once again...when is the last time the Jazz even beat the Spurs? Was it sometime in the 90s? Now the Nuggets...that's a team much like theirs.
That's what he said. Houston +8.5 means they are the underdog (indicated by the +). Houston +8.5 is the same as saying Utah -8.5. For Houston to cover the spread, they must come within 8 points or just win outright.
I love watching games where we're the underdog. I don't get disappointed if we lose (see: Chicago game). If it's a close game, I'm really happy even. And if it's a win... well, I'm ecstatic. I'll be watching this one front and center. Ain't gettin' me off the couch!

I just find it funny how they consider The Lakers as rivals, and half of my family is from California...I know pretty much that real Laker fans don't even think about the Jazz. Laker fans hate the Suns, Celtics, and used to REALLY hate the Kings. Lately though all the teams in their division suck so no one to really hate but the Celts. Just because you hate the Lakers, doesn't mean it's a rivalry. 29 other teams hate the lakers. They are the cowboys/yankees of the nba, you either hate them or love them.
