Clutchfans Game Thread: Rockets @ Jazz 3/4/2009

I don't know if it's good or bad but we have not seen that side of Ron Artest since he's been in Houston. I love him yelling "No layups, no layups" when the Jazz try to take it in but thats going to get you a taunting T most times.

 

Do not give up even less 20points. Jazz always have some period of no hitting.

 

it aint gonna b just artest getting violent. the whole rockets squad will be out for blood against Utah. this dates back to the 90's with stockton, hornacek, malone. if my memory serves me correctly, Houston HATES the Jazz. I think Artest will be actually be one of the more level headed ones in a Utah series.

He needs to post up as much as possible b/c when he did it in overtime in that one game, he either scored or got fouled so he needs to do more of that!!

 

This difference between this reaction to Harpring and She-Mac's reaction to Harpring (a look of defeat and oh crap this guy is going to be ruff with me) is the difference we need to beat these guys tonight or more importantly in a seven games series.

Artest scares the living crap out of me ... and yet gives me so much hope.

battier is a noshow against wings who aren't very good which is why his skills are useless against a great executing team like the jazz.
