our role players can't play, our 2nd in the league defensive rebounding doesn't work, battier can't guard anyone, yao can't guard anyone. the jazz are a nightmare for how our team is built. we definitely do not want them in the playoffs.

Rockets sucks at every stat comparing with Utah, but we only 2 point behind,I can live with that.

We should avoid the Jazz altogether in the playoffs. They are the new Sonics.

Thats what the Jazz do EVERY SINGLE GAME.

If we were the Lakers, we'd get those calls (see last years playoff series where the Lakers would go to the line 40+ times)

Since we're the Rockets though, we have to suck it up and deal with it.

I don't like no way what I've seen:

    - Selfish team, no passing, no look for the partners. Special mention for Wafer and Artest. We play A **** with Yao on the bench. Thanks to selfishness. I hate this.

    - Lack of intensity. Where is the great defense/intangibles by Artest? Where is it? Same with Shane. 27-9 in rebounds, this is lack of effort, and is not acceptable when you are gonna play in Utah and know what to expect from the Jazz.

WTF are you talking about? Yao has grabbed a grand total of 2 rebounds, with 1 offensive, while Boozer has grabbed 13 rebounds with 5 offensive. Yeah Boozer and Yao are really rebounding at the same rate

No he is being guarded by Okur and he is playing like a pansy while Okur gets away with murder. It's time to send a message.

Rebound is not a job for single player. And you think Yao should go to guard Bozzer? You are not serious right?

No doubt, Yao needs to punish Okur......

I would like to see some zone.....and allow Yao to guard the basket and make them beat us over the top.

    and we lost the series.

EVERY game v. utah is close. it always is. so dont look at the score. the same problems that killed us in the past series are killing us now

Come on, some of you give up already?! we beat this Utah twice this year already. We can absolutely beat them if we play the right way.

Does Brooks take his brain onto the court? I really doubt it!Look at how he plays against Jazz, how he pass balls to other teammates. Till now, I have continued questioning the trade of Alston. At least, Alston know how to organize the whole five men, rather than simply shoot and reshoot.
May Brooks has a tragedy as Tracy MLady!

What happened to our rebounds? We only grabbed 9 whereas Boozer alone grabbed 12?

The refs are not that bad, the Rockets have got some bad calls but the Jazz too. The game is however decided by our bench, AB, Battier, Yao and overall aggresiveness. Yao cannot get a rebound and does not make quick decisions on offense, AB is terrible except for shooting the three, Battier is not involved at all and the bench was horrible.

The major difference however is no matter how deep we think our bench is, those guys all make their jumpshots inside the 3pt line which is rare for any Rocket, especially the bench. The Rockets are again taking an asswhooping because I've seen Harpring and Boozer doing some nice pushing, grabbing and manhandling out there. Artest needs to step up too

the only way to teach Yao to grab rebounds is for Deke to throw bowling balls at his head. If he doesn't catch them with authority he'll be in a coma for a week. Only thru massive pain can he learn to grab the ball and hold it like his life depended on it.

those things usually apply when we play the jazz so yes, i'd try to avoid them in the first round.
