Crucial Match...Win this and we have a much bigger chance to win the SW division...lose this and the Spurs have a great chance to overtake us... Key to this game: Containing Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer Solution: Let Kyle Lowry and Chuck Hayes get massive minutes... AARON BROOKS STOP CHUCKING and START PASSING!!! Let our starters minus Brooks play 40+ min if necessary...they'll have a 4 day rest and will only be facing the Clippers after that long break.
It's really quite simple. This is classic Good vs. Evil, plain and simple. Nothing much more needs to be said.
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG Stop, drop, and roll! Stop, drop, and roll! We better win. That's all I'm saying.
Rockets win 108-101. Lowry will get lots of time on Williams, Chucky will have a great game, and I expect good things from Yao and Scola.
No rebounds no rings/wins is the motto for this game and the rest of the season/playoffs. Cut down second chance possessions for the Jazz.
To be frank we have no chance of beating LA this season with $ 21 million unused. But I think we still have a good chance to give the j*zz back tit for tat in the playoffs. So please don't duck Utah on purpose. Kick their asses and beat them!!!
I’ve had a good feeling about the Rockets since the win at Denver 2 weeks ago. I’ve looked through the remaining fixtures for the 2nd to 9th teams in the standings and I don’t expect them to finish the regular season lower than 3rd seed – with the possibility of grabbing the 2nd seed if they turn it on and win at least 8 of their remaining 10 matches, since I don’t see the Spurs losing more than 3 of their remaining 13 matches. For what it’s worth, this is how the table might look at the end of the regular season:- Final Standings 1 LA Lakers 2 San Antonio 56-26 3 Houston 55-27 4 Denver 53-29 5 Portland 52-30 6 New Orleans 51-31 7 Utah 50-32 8 Dallas 49-33 9 Phoenix 47-35 I see us getting through the 1st round against New Orleans, and going up against San Antonio in the conference semis. As such, it’d certainly not do our chances any harm if we hold the no. 2 seed instead of no. 3. Tomorrow’s match is potentially more important for the Jazz than the Rockets. Of their remaining matches, 6 are at home while 7 will be away. Of their 6 remaining home matches, the Jazz will come up against us, Phoenix and New York (who’re still vying for the 8th seed in the east). Their remaining away matches are at Phoenix, Portland, Denver, New Orleans, Dallas, San Antonio and LA Lakers – all contending playoff teams. The Jazz have the worst away record of the contending play-off teams and if they lose all these away matches, they could very well find themselves watching the playoffs from some sunny beach or, at best, just barely making it as the 8th seed. So with 10 of their remaining 13 matches against contending playoff teams, the playoffs actually starts for them from tomorrow. In spite of our continuing troubles away from home, the Rockets actually have the 3rd best away record in the west (in terms of away wins so far) and 6th best overall. The wonderful thing about this team isn’t just their grit and toughness, but the fact that they’ve shown that they do learn from their mistakes and losses. That was demonstrated in their recent win at San Antonio and I expect to see an improvement in the Rockets’ performance tomorrow at Utah over their previous match there. That could very well mean pushing the Jazz one game closer to elimination from the playoffs.
If we could hammer Utah Jazzholes in Oakland, just bring it on Utah,we're gon' wait for your azzes in playoffs.Bring It On! Kick their ASSES!GO Rockets.
