Tonight he is showing me that he is who he is. He sags off his man to try and help (and gets burned,) he runs into the paint stops dead in his tracks and picks up his dribble and fires a horrible shot or turns it over, he constantly goes 1/2 at the free throw line (despite being perfect in pre-season) and his so called "improved" 3 point shot is no where to be seen. Lin can be a good point guard but I doubt he will ever be consistent enough to be a starting one.

D12 has more time in the league than Yao had. His game is already formed. McHale didn't make him.

Yes, but some people are scapegoating, not majority, no.
Well, if you have a talented team playing bad, the coach gets the blame, it's usual.

Oh, please, you're full of s**t. Coaches called the right plays, the players aren't executing them. GTFO with the blame-coach crap.

It's the stupid dumb turnovers that make the Rockets lose momentum too...like Asik keep committing illegal picks. Why did he keep doing that?? Against the Mavs....he did the same and you figure he learned wtf. DHoward keeps making that stupid spin moves and turnovers which show he doesn't know how to use the force correctly.

That's 2 assist which is twice as many as the whole rest of the team. This is a team effort of sucking, not just Lin, open your eyes.

I don't think he's blaming on Lin. Lin does need to be consistent. Period..

I am just shocked at our half court offense. ALL we do is passing around the perimeter.

That is the key. There isn't any. All players just look so "disinterested"

2nd half coming up...getting ready for the knee jerk posts...who will be first on the list to be scapegoated?

    Fire McHale?
    Trade Lin?
    Start Brooks? (DD)
    Play Jones?
    Trade Asik?

Clutchfans, where knee jerking happens. (I know I've been guilty of it too)

    Here we go...

    LET's DO THIS!!!

3 games already, and our old rockets playing style isn't there yet. or wonder if now we change that style? into much slower tempo?

When Lin was guarding Burks, it was pretty bad. Slow rotations, losing him, letting him bull Lin.

With these big leads, the team who's ahead always has a letdown. If we can get it to within 10 it's a game again.

Hopefully McHale gives Dmo a couple mins in the second half like he did Tjones.
