u're correct I guess they made a mistake. Well never the less, when was the last time we started off 3-0?
Thankfully the Jazz is also on a b2b, so I hope the starters come out ready to play and set the tone early.
Yes, but that was when they had Al Jefferson and Milsap. Kanter and Favors are more athletic and probably better shot blockers. But, that's right about stopping Harden. All they have is Richard Jefferson. I don't think he is a bad defender but he is an older player so I don't think Harden will have much trouble exploiting him.
Lol when national networks don't have their facts straight when it comes to us... they need to have better respect for our team, the game and themselves.
i dont care who we play against this regular season- my prediction is always a blowout win...seriously we have the best team outthere...

Hopefully we'll run some better plays this game. Even though we won last night, our offense was kind of winging it and our defense completely collapsed a couple of times. Lin's on ball defense is a little slow, regardless of his ability to steal the ball. Also our guards had a hard time getting the ball to Howard while he was posted up. We have a lot of talent, our fundamentals need a little tune up.
As far as Lin's d being a little slow, Calderon and his 0-8 shooting last night say hello. Yes Lin is not quite the on ball defender Bev is, but not many people in general are either. Lins D is usually at least acceptable and he made nice some nice adjustments from the preseason when calderon made things pretty rough on him.
B2B for both teams, playing in Utah at altitude. I think the key is to rack up a very big lead very early as the fatigue and altitude will affect us more than it affects Utah, especially since Utah is considerably younger this year. That said, with their youth I expect their defense will be a serious work in progress, so there should be plenty of opportunity to nail them in transition and with quick passing. Young teams are rarely able to recover from defensive switches well. Come out fast and blazing, move the ball, push up a lead and get in their heads, and should be able to ride it into a win.
