But when Franchise is out of shape you have no one other than Rafer to come in.
And when you need a offensive spark and scorer, you don't put pass playmaker,do you?
I'm just saying until things get along,we will have same starting lineup.
By the mid-January we will see how much we really improved.

Houston Rockets guard Rafer Alston will be out of the lineup tonight with a mesquito bite on his left arm after convincing coach Rick Adelman that this mesquito bite would effect his play against Deron Williams.....Rafer said he will be ready to play against Portland on Saturday

How long before the game starts exactly?

Not in the states so very confused with the daylight saving and crap.

    Yup

But after Deron Williams puts up 55pts on rafer we would wish that this article wasn't a joke

why y'all make it seem like deron owned us last yr in the playoffs? he was just decent i thought. he didn't decide ANY games.

our offense was just so bad that it cost us the series.

We averaged 98 points for the series.

Deron didn't do much against us because of our defensive philosophy.

did u even watch? what series were u watching?

the jazz avg 90.7 ppg for the series on 44% shooting which was great.

we average 87ppg on freakin' 41% shooting.

we didn't even doubled deron that much or press him. he just couldn't penetrate b/c we pack the paint. he cna't shoot that well so that's why he was contained. make him shoot and he's a good player that's all.

i don't fear him at all. we lost b/c we sucked offensively

With the exception of Deron Williams shooting around 99.9% on Rafer alston for the entire series

deron avg 16ppg on 43% shooting, which was decent. rafer just sucked so it seemed like a blowout. mike james + alston/francis (if he plays) will nearly cancel him out.

our D can slow him down. boozer on the other hand, let's see how adelman handles him

Guys...I don't think last year really matters that much. New coach, new team, hopefully a win against the Jazz this year...as in right now.

i still think if we can play like quarters 2-4 (except last 2 mins of quarter 4), we can win although those 3 quarters we weren't still at our best.

again, right now i think we're playing at 60% of our max potential.

hopefully by the all-star break, we'll be at 85-90%.

just don't play like the first quarter and we'll have a chance. just ride tmac and yao as usual. if someone contributes, we'll win

As long as we clean up out passes in this new offense, I think we should be ok. And defensively, we can't let one guy beat us.

Double team Boozer and trap Deron. Let AK47 or Brewer try to beat us from the 3point line.
