I hope Mike James starts over Rafer. I'm not trying to bail on Rafer or anything, but we need to start off the game with offensive intensity. Having Rafer, Hayes, and Battier in the starting lineup puts too much offensive pressure on Yao and Tmac and will often make them start their games poorly, which can ruin their whole game.
Did you watch this team at all last year?? They didn't have any trouble getting out to a good lead with this lineup last year. You think its going to be harder with a new system that involves the whole team moving and cutting?? They will start out just as fast when they are more comfortable in the offense.

Yes that's what I meant...they were too much like last year. While last year was a good season, you could tell that things were getting too strained...especially in the playoffs against Utah. I would prefer to put in Scola and keep Rafer in the starting lineup, but I don't know if Scola is ready yet, especially against Utah.

no chinese station will carry this game. but according to http://myp2p.eu/broadcast.php?matchid=1474&part=sports this game will be on sopcast. it wasn't there when i checked yesterday. not sure about the feed it will be using. but i suppose it will be directly from US network so English commentary!

And myp2p is no longer adding links directly until closer to game time so that's why it wasn't there earlier. It is there now. If it's correct or not is a different story.
historically yao has been subpar agaisnt jazz. his regular season stats vs. jazz is 17.2pts and 6.9rbs, both below his career average. let's hope this trend stops tonight!
Jazz are for real folks, they are clearly the better more seasoned team right now. I was very impressed with how they destroyed the Warriors on openiing night!
