It seems like JVG's clever way of making Yao tougher is really working.
    NOT !!!!!

This is just a game that is best forgotten. Yao had a bad game.

What is it that these two teams NOK and Phoenix always have our number? Is there something similar that these two teams are doing to us that basically caves the Rockets in? If so, surely there must be a logical counter to what they are doing.

I don't mind he has a off game shooting. But He SHOULD NOT have a mentally off game. He lost 4 or 5 rebounds IN HIS HANDS; let himself emotionally rattled by the defense; looked lost on the court. When the team needs him the most, he is lost on both offensive and defensive end.

This is is probably the worst game he played this year by far. In games against SUNS, yes, he was taken out by the opponent's strategy (double teaming etc.), but he never looked so lost.

Last night, his performance was really disappointing.

It seems that towards the end of the game, they always have their players step up. Chandler does a good job on Yao, real physical. Pheonix's loss I can take, but not the Hornets.

They both have the best guard in the leaque. It is the very same reason we have problem playing with Dallas and San Antonio. We can beat any good team as long as their guard is so so. Not a team with good guard.

I was watching the second half of the game, since i had something to do.

So i turned on TV, and we were leading by like 10 points. I was surprised since i was expecting another blow out as it happened in Houston last time they played. As time passed our lead started to vanish. I knew what was going to happend. 2-15 from Yao is unacceptable, and plus the referees we had MY GOD! I hope they don't step on the floor again. They killed Yao inside... crazy.

All i can say comparing Alston and Paul, What a difference!

I don't want to start a new thread so I think I'd post here.

Now the Mavs are beating the Hornets badly (once over 30-pt lead) and CP3 is having one of his worst games. Regardless of the hate of Mavs on this board, you guys gotta give them some credit and see how well they play against the Hornets. I can't watch the game so I don't know what really happened there. But CP3 must be guarded pretty well by Harris, I guess. I really wish if we could get a guard like Devin Harris (fast and affordable) this off season, our next season would be brighter.
