even after a victory we have to hear this crap...and it's always about Yao

    ****ing pathetic...

I bet Yao went home happy that the Rockets won w/o T-Mac (even against the crappy NO Hornets)

he's probably playing videogames right now and not thinking about his stats or whatever

The rockets are playing well, Yao even though you don't see it on the boxscore is playing well

    WE WON THE ****ING GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know...normally I don't feed trolls, but I'll make an exception in this case:

Lou Dunbar was a point Guard for UofH. He graduated in 1975 and was drafted by San Diego. I believe he was cut after the summer league and became a Harlem Globetrotter. He was "Sweet Lou."

Lewis Lloyd was known as "Sweet Lew" buddy. It's not my fault you can't spell.

Eh...this is my last reply to you. Onto my IL you go. :p

i think that was the knock out punch.....now i hope this is done with because we got a good win. but you know this is how i realize our team is playing well because fans are beginning to get used to wins and therefore when we get them people still find faults and are not as ecstatic as they would be with a struggling team winning a game

Nah, don't do that. It's partially my fault. He overreacted, but I really shouldn't have goaded him like that.

EDIT: Oops...and it turns out I'm an idiot too. Lou Dunbar must have been drafted by the ABA San Diego team because by 1975 the Rockets had moved to Houston already. I'm pretty damn sure he played as a Rocket at some point in his career though. He might have been picked as a free agent later on.

Nice game. Showed big time heart. The team is really looking good especially on the road. That's how you get the rings... I think we really have a shot.

Im sure KeepK knows that....I read his post as a indictment on the quality of discussion here lately.

We used to have it much better...only a troll once or twice a month for entertainment...and even the bad posters or the fans of other teams werent as insulting and hard to reead as they are now.
Almost makes me miss roydelton and Troy Barros..

hold the phone there r2k you do know you are talking about mr insider himself troy barros here i'll give you some time to rethink that thought

but on a side note there have been a lot of new users here that have been actually very immature regardless of how old they are or how long they've followed houston i dont know if there is a way to stop it, but i seriously hope it wont turn into the espn boards

we dont know how Yao will turn out in the future. But judging from his potential he has a very good chance to be a great center.

lets please stop all this "Yao aint no Hakeem" BS. PLEASE!!

its getting tiresome. Dream was a great center, but he wasnt the only one. I see Yao as more of a Jabbar type player.
