that's true, actually this is not his game. But 70% YAO is too much for their centers. P.Brown, this only thing he can do is: shoot 15 foot jumper

Yao got raped in the first half with a bunch of no calls.

yeah, you were wrong by the stats. the rockets played well tonight. i was able to see the 4th quarter, i had work i had to tend to for the first 3 quarters but yao and rafer played well in the fourth. both hit big shots, it was nice to see the role players play better. hopefully they keep it up.

Yao only shot FTs 4 times because of refs. Should be at least 10 FTs if called like he's playing at home.

No, Yao sucks this game. A 7'6" dude should at least get 10000 rebounds a game! :p

Well, we got our division win. Yay. We ended the losing streak and maybe got some confidence. The role players stepped up big time and we won.

Let's not forget this is the slumping Hornets, though. Anyways, good game Rockets. Hope they can keep up the supporting cast production every game.

I see. Now I read back, saw Crawford, does that word mean "hater" in English?:) Still, wish he could grab more defensive rebounds. But, a win after 6 losses, and finally a division win, it's something to cheer about.

BTW, I suggest Rockets volunteer to play more games on the road, let other teams have the home court. That way, they may win more games.

After this game, you realize it makes no sense to tank the season. You play to win. As a fan and certainly as a player, you don't expect anything less. Even though this game hurts us in the lottery standing, the feeling of actually winning a hard fought games, in my opinion, is more rewarding.

real_egal, that last shot by Yao -- a baseline fadeaway -- was a dagger in the heart of the Hornets.

Yao was not aggressive enough for big chunk of the game. Hornets gave him single coverage except maybe 5 minutes. If Yao were playing like 2 weeks ago, he would have gone 35/15 tonight. Good to see he recovered a bit at the end. Barron Scott is an idot not to DT Yao hard. Also, refs are not giving Yao the same respect as they did during his 30-pt games stretch.

Alston and Howard both had a good game.

did you really want the team to lose the rest of their games prior to tonight?
    crack head.

Thanks. It seems that I am running into the danger of being moved from YOF to YOH :p But seriously, I would love to see Yao play big on the end of the game. That double OT in Atlanta is still deep in my mind.

It is partially on Yao too because he didn't show the same aggressiveness, especially considering he was single covered most of the time.

We aren't content with a 22/8 game from Yao any more. He is capable of better than that.
