Offense is becoming worse and worse because opponents now found out how to defend Rockets without Yao. Defend 3 point line and put a shot blocker in the middle, make is a half court game. That's the same thing Rockets would face in playoffs.

Why the hell is Head checking in with 2 minutes left in the 4th? Is he in Rick's doghouse?

i love all the people who were just anxiously waiting around for the streak to end so they could point this out. hell, they were pointing it out every time the other team went on a 4-0 run during the streak. hilarious. we're only 10-2 w/o him.

Please no excuses, part of the 22 win streak stretch was easy schedules.

The Rocket's you are seeing now is the real Rockets without Ming.

Just accept it and move on.

He hasnt played like a superstar for this whole season... 22ppg and 5.7 apg.... is what a good player does.... not a superstar.... Yes I know he draws double teams.... so does every other damn good scorer in the league

It's deflating how stagnant our offense has been coming out in second halves during this tough three-game stretch.

I don't know why or how it's happened. We've got to be tired. This was going to be a tough win, but being tied entering the fourth quarter should give you enough adrenaline for the rest of the game.

    I'm deflated.

I'm confused about the substitutions. What's the deal with Head not even making rotations now? Much less Brooks/Novak. They are all meh on the defensive end, but running different combos for spurts throughout the game is what gave us the most benefit. He's keeping the same group in and just running them to the ground it seems like.

I just am curious what the deal is. Is he REALLY focused on the defensive end right now?

lol, bonzi for 3. 25 points. most night for us he couldn't hit the floor if he fell down twice, but against us he goes for 25 with about 5 long jumpers.
