We play our D, and we win this game. This game is bigger than last nights- last night was for pride and a streak. Tonight it's a super-important divisional win.

the only thing i want to see is if our swagger/confidence remains high even after a beatdown like last night. if we lose, that's fine. but i want to see the fightng spirit/hustle... landry's loss is really catching up right now.

We have lots of reasons to lay down and lose this one - so let's not. Let's start the new streak tonight!

This game will go a long way toward showing our team's true character. I'm hoping for a tough, strong, team-wide performance that will result in a win. I BELIEVE IN MY TEAM!!

according to fran, the swelling is not going away. it swells EVERY TIME after he does something. the doctors are going to look more into it to see why the fluid keeps building up.

what i'm afraid of is that it could cost him to miss another 2-3 weeks.

Looks like he won't come back for awhile, our concern is just to make the playoffs now, I think without Landry we will fall out of the top 4, as long as the Rox get in the playoffs its ok for right now

We haven't lost in a month and a half, how will we be able to cope with the adversity of losing? We need to bounce back and just play our game and we can beat NO just like we did a couple weeks ago.

    Rockets win 98-89

The Hornets are really stirred up, they have lost two in a row to the Rockets and the 20 point home loss was embarassing. I look for them to come out like gangbusters. The Rockets looked drained last night. I hope they win, but everything points to a loss. If the Rockets pull this one out they should get LOADS OF RESPECT. At least they won't see the defense they saw last night, I don't remember when I last saw defense like that. It seemed like the Celtics had ten players on the court and we had five.

Mac should not play more than 35mins in this one...I dont care if we lose...he loses his effectiveness when he logs heavy mins...that will be our doom if we go into the playoffs with mac running on low.... head should play all of his backup minutes...head has been playing well when given an oppurtunity...hes even taking it to the rack more effectively...I thiink head has become perfect for adelmans system....dont tell me 1-7...a lot of those 3s came in the fourth when the game was over and they were just chunking it up....

The pressure is still on, no doubt, but I think a lot of it has subsided after Celtics killed our streak last night. Hopefully the Rockets can get in their game and focus and beat the Hornets tonight. I still have all the faith in the world in them. These next three games are more important anyway, since they are all w. conference. Don't let it get you down, Rockets and Rox fans! We can do this!
