then make some suggestions. if tmac can't lead us, yao is not the one who's going to lead us either. let's be real, both of them have not shown they can lead. yao hasn't had one dominant playoff series yet. but together with this team, they have a good chance to.

but please, give us some suggestions. we just lost to the team with best record in the L (without landry i might add who could have easily given us 15-18 pts tonight off of tmac's double teams) and you're going to diss tmac? where were you the past 22 games?

Rockets need to win this game just to show themselves that their confidence isn't shaken

It's okay to fall, as long as you bounce back up. Get it done, rockets.

i'm a little down right now after the loss last night. it's past 2am and i've got a 9am meeting tomorrow. still trying to wind down.

maybe all this caused me to say - i seriously doubt the team can regroup and bounce back over night. they don't have a good chance to win tonight. hope they prove me wrong.

maybe my mind will change when the sun comes up again in the morning...

this one is definitely bigger than the celtics game psychologically.

A loss is acceptable to me.

This is going to be a hard game.

Pyschological effects of getting owned by 20 at home and the 22 game win streak being snapped.

Then you have the beef between Skip 2 My Legend and the entire Hornets team pretty much. I hope he stays in control tonight.

    2nd night of a back-to-back. Away game.

    Go for it, Rockets!

Didn't get to watch the loss game. But from the box score I figured,Mac didn't go all out against the bostons and either did the team.

They might be saving the energy for the Hornets, which is a smart move, considering how fierce the competition in the west are. Games against division rivals each count as 2 or more at this stage, don't they?

Rockets will win in N.O. I believe :)

Looking ahead at the schedule after the Mavs win I thought this would be the game that would break the streak. I honestly thought we would beat the Celts and this would be the game that we just couldn't have the juice to finish. Obviously we had nothing left for the Celts in the second half and thibodeau had a great defensive plan for ending the streak.

The Hornets are as good as any team when healthy. They have an added incentive in that they are fighting for first place and they hate Rafer (see how this comes back to haunt us). In addition we have beat them twice and slapped in the face at their home the last time. They will be sky high for this game and it would take a monster effort on our part to overcome that. Still this team has proved me wrong so many times that I hope they do again.

Rafer has gotten to the Hornets and this will be their down fall tonight. Too much wanting to get back at Rafer will throw them off their game. I hope Landry plays tonight and will Rockets pick up C since JW was not given another 10 day contract?

I'd be ecstatic to see us winning two out of the next three games.

I am very disappointed in Carl Landry being unable to make the Celtics game. With that aside, I sure hope the Rockets can bounce back because if not, they may go on a skid..

I definantly agree! I noticed at the beginning of the Celtics game that we had T-Mac running the point? I knew something was wrong right then. We changed what had been workin for us? T-mac does need to run the offense. Let Rafer continue to do his job, and we'll be fine.
