    Skip vs. CP3

Make no mistake....Rafer will get killed tomorrow. All Skip has to do is make some shots EARLY and then defer. Paul's not the best defender so we have to take advantage of that right away; when Deron Williams torched him the body language turned to crap. Don't let him roam on defense and make things tougher for Tmac and Yao. Paul does have quick hands, so Rafer really shouldn't get lazy with any passes. I just pray Rafer isn't cold.

On defense, there is just no answer for this man. He's made sport of every defender thrown at him. I have no doubt that fans here will get on Rafer's case anyway when Paul gets 20/10. It's lose/lose for Skip.

    Peja and those damn screens

Will someone please chase this man on those screens to the right elbow? Peja is on fire. Even when the defender gets through those screens and is up in his grill, the shot just swishes. Battier had better "accidentally" poke him in the eye on one of those shots, just to keep this sucker in check. Peja is a softie, so Shane at least has to pretend to be tough. Intimidate, Shane. Intimidate.

    Tmac, stop chucking!
NO's got good, athletic rebounders. If Tmac settles for those ugly-ass long jumpers, it'll feed CP3 and their fastbreak. Everything had better be going to the hoop tomorrow. For every 20 foot fadeaway Tmac misses, I'm going to kick a puppy. About ten dogs will die if he has his usual shot selection.

I want Gerald Green to play 2moro.
We seriously need someone to posterize David West and Tyson Chandler, two cocky b****es.

New Orleans is known for their lack of depth. If Bonzi and jackson don't play tomorrow....then look for the rockets to win with their superior depth. Bobby jackson was NO's 6th man. Without him...they are depleted on that bench.

We can win this game, but it will be tough

Bonzi goes off for 40, and screams at the Rockets bench repeatedly, ala Mario Elie of '99.

It's also true (with the exception of the puppy kicking part, hopefully)

Tomorrow's game will be one of the best tests for Alston. The important thing is if we can stop Paul like Deron.

Matchup problems are a plenty. No one can stop CP3. Peja is a poor man's Dirk but very hard to defend when his shot is on.Tyson's height, speed, and defense slows down Yao. West is better than Scola/Landry.
How our role players perform is key. A back to back for Yao and Tracy is going to be hard but they must be aggressive and stay out of foul trouble.
Hornets have the edge, but if the Rockets play at their best we could win.

    4/5 3's 0/2 3's

    :D

landry comes up big as the land rova, tmac will be the professa, yao will be the big daddy, rafer will be yoda, scola will be the fundamentalist and shane will be kane! . . which all lead up to winning one of the most important games of the season!

    :D

That's funny, it seems like there's been so many biggest games of the season lately.
