basketball is finally here. i guess looking back it didn't take too long. but then again, any break in rocket ball is too long!

 

I Sooooooooooo missed this kind of threads. the long, long, long wait is over. my love has finally come around. hopefully yao , francis and tracy will be rested. allowing us to gage how brooks is gonna be along bonzi , butler and scola get some extra minutes.

Can anyone tell me if this is going to be on local, Houston DirecTV? Because if not I made a big mistake subscribing to this service.

I'm trying to pre-record the game on DVR, but can't find it anywhere (on my program guide or on DTV's website listings). Nor can I find FSSW or FSNH.

And if the games aren't available on DirecTV, like, where are they? Warner cable only? If the games aren't on DTV I need a new service installed pronto. All advice appreciated.

 

I have Direct Tv, and it's going to be on 639.

Anyone know what channel the game is going to be on for DishNetwork? I looked through the on-screen guide, but neither FSW/FSWHD or channel 51 has the game listed. I also checked NBA.com, Rockets.com, ESPN, Foxsports.com, Chron.com, etc., with none of them having a channel listed.

 

I thought it was going to be on FSNsw?

 

It's listed as being on FSN Houston (639) on directv FSNSW (643) has The Final Score listed at that time. I don't know if its different everywhere and with every service provider though.

 

Channel 444 on Dish on Sports Alt channel....

Wow, it's finally here! Been soooo long since we've seen a game thread. Man, it's gonna be good seeing the Franchise back in the red #3 again. Add that with T-Mac and Yao, Mike James and a side of Bonzi. This is going to be a good year.

No sports bar for this one, probably be more apt on weekends once the reg season starts.

 

I dont expect to see Tracy or Yao very much this game. But thats OK, this is the deepest I can remember our team being. So there will be plenty to keep us entertained, methinks.
