Hey, I wasn't far off  Either way, great great performance despite being shorthanded. Missing our starting 4 and back up 5
First they came for the midrange shots, and I did not speak out... Then they came for the two-point field goals...
Maybe im just behind on keeping up, but why exactly is he not playing? He did good off the bench last season and we could use him in the 2nd group. mild injury im guessing?

It's a good win, but McHale's time distribution is horrible. Look at Miami, everyone plays at 30 minute. Rockets have 2 players at 40 minute, and 1 player close to 40 minute. This is gonna take a toll in the long season and playoff.
we lost at least 7-8 games that we easily could have won due to meltdowns and stupid late plays. which is frustrating because we could have been a top 3 seed.
Gotta count the FTs though. 117 pts from FTs. Although it does seem that while the storyline last year was that the Rockets 3s and layups strategy didn't work because we didn't shoot mid-range jumpers, the actual culprit may have been because we weren't that good at shooting 3s.
This is why the Rockets need a third go to guy to run with the bench, not necessarily a star player. The bench is trash on its own.
Rockets average point difference through five games: +14.2 That's elite. I doubt it will stay that good, but I like the seeming new defensive identity of the team emanating from Ariza and HarDen.
This team looks mature with Ariza and Terry. I would pay to be on the flight home to Houston. All those smiles right now.
So you want 1 win in regular season over possible injury, fatigue in playoff (if they make it throughout the long grueling season)? Makes sense
Bspn is like "rockets pull away" Uh yeah, just another dub dig spread where we hold em at 90ish and we score 100+. Heat? Yr like the jazz scene in Utah to us.

Harden has averaged 38 mpg the past 2 years and he is 25. He's averaging 35.5 mpg this year after tonight. How many minutes do you think a 25 year old star player should play? Lebron has averaged 39.5 mpg for his career just for reference. It's like someone has to find something wrong with everything.
