damn i'm loving this offense right now and we're not even cutting or moving like adelman wants his players too b/c u can still see the hesitancy in the players. but we've got like 3 point blank layups already. again, people, RELAX. this offense will be 10000x better than JVG. now, adelman has to pound into his players about effort defensively. defense is all effort.
Last basket - James sets pick for Bonzi who cuts to the basket. Scola finds him for the easy layup. We need a lot more of that.
exactly. he's a slasher, and a post player. he's a matchup nightmare against some teams but inaffective against others.
Keep Scola out there even if he makes some boneheaded plays. He just needs more time out on the court to be comfortable and then he'll get a lot better.
man scola is a good passer... like everyone was amazed by yaos free throw skills, thats similar to Scolas passing ability, just to a lesser degree..he passes amazing for his size and position
I suddenly realized the Rox and the Heat are two very similar teams. Horrible on defense and mechanical on offense. At this very moment, we're seeing two similar teams trading punches with each other. It's sad, but how far has the Rox fallen since the beginning of the season.
Right. Its kinda to his credit Adelman hasnt brought in his type of guys, ex Kings like Van Gundy used to do ex Knicks, and went with whats already on the team. But talent improvement that big on a team, every single coach in the league would improve their record but Adelman's gonna take credit if they advance. I think Van Gundy with this same exact team advances But its all theoretical now, we're in the present...
teammates beginning to trust scola more and more, even MJ made a kick-out pass to scola instead of putting up a wild runner
