Wade has consistently shot 50% in this league. T-Mac has barely cracked 40% the past few years. The Rockets didn't pay T-Mac to be Jalen Rose. That's what he's playing like right now. They paid him to be an offensive superstar, they could've gave Eric Snow a max contract if they wanted leadership.
