After watching the Astros play 6 games in 7 nights, it really feels like the basketball season is plodding along...I'm ready for some back to backs, one night of rest and then another 2 games. Forget getting rest, it's too long in between games.

We got blown out real hard by at least 30 points. It serves yet as another wake up call to Rockets. It will be a long season to Rockets.

Rockets 73 Heat 101 It's one of those days that you don't want to be a Rockets fan after witnessing the team getting spanked on national TV.
Against undersized center PJ Brown and scrubs like Tony Battie, Yao shots less than 40%. Against the reborn Zo, i expect yao will get block Zo at least 4 times and finsih the game with 12pts 5rebs... and the rox lost 78-92!!! Hope i m wrong!!!
The Heat are playing a very tough team tonight on the road. Maybe they get bumps and bruises and don't play well in this back to back. At some point, this team will come out of the tank without Tracy and play a decent game. This game could be more competitive than we think.
i'm watching the heat vs the pacers tonight to get an idea of how the heat will play tomorrow. right now they look as bad as we do. they haven't scored for 7 minutes! wade has 10 TO's half way through the 4th. yet they are still on pace to score more points than we did last game. they will not play this bad two games in a row. plus they have zo and haslem to hound and front yao. they have guards who can penetrate which is our only defensive weakness. Shaq is out, but the rockets might have even played better if he was available. Coming off a loss in the final seconds and playing this the night after, they should be vulnerable. The rockets should get the win, but suck the rest of the road team. Hope Head gets big minutes.
Zo is too old to handle Yao, easy night for him, but Toine was a reason why the Rox were beat by the Hawks last season. Whatever the case he'll be jacking up shots and if he's hot, well... Whatever the case Wade's going to kill our backcourt two times over. A big game is needed from both Swift and Deke. They could change things.
my predictions for thurday's game: jason williams puts on a show by crossing over skip to my lou, and bounces the ball of of skip's head. every shot jason williams jacks up, goes in. alonzo mourning dunks on yao ferociously, and does his usual muscle flex pose with yao ming's head in it. antoine walker goes 0 for 266 from three point land because ryan bowen's defense is unstopable. ryan bowen goes crazy and scores 50 points. there is no answer for ryan bowen's jumpshot, and shoots a career high 7/7 from three point land. stromile swift finally has a clue and dunks all over alonzo mourning's mug and says, "this is for putting yao's head in muscle pose headlock you punk ass b!tch!!!!!!" dwayne wade attempts a facil dunk on wesley when out of no where, bowen blocks wade's shot all the way into the 30th row. ryan bowen says " dont bring that laffy taffy unto the basketball court, the girls call me jolly racher because is stay on hard." dwayne wade is shocked because of ryan bowen's gangsta, and runs off the court and cries like a lil punk, while derek anderson goes on a shooting frenzy. james posey tried his best to stop anderson, but anderson dunks on posey numerous times. david wesley shoots 0 for 2,0000 from the field and van gundy says enough!!!!!!! a couple of minutes later wesley is traded during the game for a big mac, and a couple of beers. wesley leaves the game and packs his bags and goes to no man land. (where he supposed to be.) T-mac says "good job trading wesley coach, his shooting hurts my back even more." ROCKETS WIN by 20. ryan bowen scores 50 while luther head permanently takes wesley's job for the simple fact wesley sucks.
