Mchale was given too much talent. Need a bit more strategy to get them to play together cohesively. Strategy is one area of many where he fails.
This is depressing. We lack mental toughness. The grit we saw in the Clippers series has been lost during the summer. We are a team that feeds off our offense. If shots aren't falling, we start playing sloppy, start rushing shots, and stop trying on defense. We have a long way to go.

He's a coach you hire when you're rebuilding. McHale is worthless when it comes to X's & O's. I have no idea what system this team is running on either end of the floor. And no, jacking up 3's and trying to draw fouls at the rim is not a system.
