Good highlighting of the wrong turn on the screen. I've noticed Yao does this alot. Not only do you lose sight of the ball, you fail to lock the defender.

Now just make a freaking dunk bud.

Yea... and this was the two-handed variety... which has more of a success rate.

What's wrong with sura? he just kept ignoring Yao's existence, this time Doleac is actually not fronting Yao!!

Well, I think we'll get retribution because Tracy's right foot was clearly inside the line when he was fouled on that three-point shot (and he got three free throws... but of course he missed the last one as I was typing this awesome reply).

Why couldnt Sura penetrate and look for Yao more is beyond my understanding. That's TO is just another example. Somehow, Barry has been doing a much better job than Sura in this category.

Luis Grillo has had a bad reffing half this game... hopefully he'll re-group at halftime and get his s*** together. All the other refs have had awesome games so far.

Is it me, or does Yao look a little more aggressive on the rebounds?

Barry is a much greater passer than Sura and his confidence in passing to Yao will be much higher obviously. Sura isn't confident in his passing skills matched with Yao's knack for fumbling passes that aren't perfect.

Yao, Shaq and Wade all missed a jam.

Yao played very aggressive in the 2rd quarter. ALso it was amazing that Shaq did not even get one FT. Our softness at 4 was really an issue when Yao drew two fouls in the early first quarter when he had to cover the **** for a Howard miss assignment.

Yes, but Yao converted 3 Off Rb to 3 misses, or he could have a solid game

I don't know how they only gave Yao 5 boards. He got 3 offensive boards in that sequence, and got at least 4 defensive boards so far.

I wasn't even talking about those forced entry passes. It was when Yao open on the wing or near the high post that Sura seemed to ignore him.

Tmac needs to take it to the rack more. He has bailed out the defense on 2 semi-fast breaks already. He needs to just play a little more reckless and take it hard. He only seems to get fouled on jumpshots, which is nice, but he could be taking 12 freethrows a game if he tried.

Yao turned it on a bit in the 2nd quarter. Despite that, he really needs to get his head in the game. The foul on Haslem was idiotic, and the missed dunk was inexcusable. He was right under the rim, and it wasn't one of those fully extended difficult attempts. Probably the easiest dunk I've seen any player ever miss. On the pick and roll with Barry, he just mindlessly rolled half-heartedly towards the basket. He's got to expect the ball no matter what. If he doesn't get it, then worry about the rebound.

Sura missed Yao on Doleac big time. Yao had decent position against a non defensive backup. There's no excuse for missing that pass. What did Sura do instead? He passed it the other way, to a player that wasn't open or capable of creating a shot. Horrible decision. Would it really be so hard to play like he's playing and still hit Yao when he obviously has the advantage?

Regardless of all these problems, we still have a great chance in this game. We have to play smarter if we are gonna beat a good team on the road though.

I can't believe were only down by 2 and were shooting 39% while the Heat are over 50%
